I bought it for my son who would wake up to his regular alarm clock at all and would sleep through the sound of the alarm ringing (I tried a couple of different ones with varying sounds, none worked). He would end up getting up late for everything. He can't do that with this clock. The bed shaker has him up and going the moment it goes off and he hasn't woken up late since we started using it. If you are or know someone who is a very heavy sleeper, this is the clock to get.

This clock works very well. I bought it for my son who would wake up to his regular alarm clock at all and would sleep through the sound of the alarm ringing (I tried a couple of different ones with varying sounds, none worked). He would end up getting up late for everything. He can't do that with this clock. The bed shaker has him up and going the moment it goes off and he hasn't woken up late since we started using it. If you are or know someone who is a very heavy sleeper, this is the clock to get.
