I have to drink all liquids of a thin nectar consistency. Simply Thick was recommended by my swallowing therapist. It is an excellent product. This product is very helpful when I have to take my medications, because I use it to thicken water, and the pills go down much, much easier. It has a faint vanilla taste which I find great for my coffee and for my water. It instantly thickens up fluids and does not get progressively thicker. This product is not available where I live, so my therapist told me to purchase Simply Thick from Amazon. I can get it for a great price, and it will last me for quite awhile.
