As with all Partick Holford books, it is thorough, whilst still covering a lot of bases. Really pleased with this book - buy the Optimum Nutrition Bible whilst you're at it to obtain a truely rounded base of knowledge to human health.

Bought this book under a recommendation from my peers on my Nutrition course. Found it to be very insightful.
