Had to build a bracket for it. Unit located easily the first time during set up. Will definately update this review if it fails to locate once every 25 hours. I Waited 6 months before installing & activating unit. I Downloaded app that is associated with unit...calamp. It has a geofence option (with email/text notification) on the website but I CAN'T apply it to this unit. ☹ I Can "enable/disable starter" on app & website.... I assume that is a "real time" tracking function but it doesn't work (communicate with unit) while the unit is in sleep mode. Unit comes with a phone number & email address to activate real time tracking if device/trailer is stolen. I don't know if its a 24-hour number...Small magnet needs to be removed to activate this unit (No problem). Magnet rusts if left on unit (to keep it turned off).Awesome customer service. Calls are answered & routed quickly.
