I requested another be sent out in case of just a bad shipment. They clarified with me which item I needed and I sent a picture of the model dash cam I have. Turns out I purchased a mount kit for another model. They sent me the proper one and then followed up with me to insure all was good. I got it to fit and I'm ready to go. Very happy with the customer service.
