Review: Don't buy if you are trying to run a business!!! - I have had this printer for a year and a half now and it's been problem after problem after problem after problem!!! I was told to order parts so I did, then I replaced them (4th time changing the waste ink pump by the way...) but it hasn't fixed the issue....again! so I've been contacting tech support on two different accounts each night AND NO ONE ANSWERS!!! My business has been closed for 2 months now!!! customer service was great at first until it became weekly that I had to contact them because this damn printer won't stop blinking and then they just stop answering you all together!

I have had this printer for a year and a half now and it's been problem after problem after problem after problem!!!
