It's several steps but it only takes a few minutes. You gargle with the concentrate, brush teeth, blow nose, use nose drops, use mouthwash, use throat spray. My post nasal drip has drastically reduced, my tonsils are smaller and stay significantly cleaner making any tonsil stones easy to remove. Morning breath is almost non-existent. There are 2 mouthwash, 1 toothpaste, 2 concentrate & mix containers, 3 nose drops, 3 throat/mouth sprays and some lozenges. I'm not overly crazy about the toothpaste as far as cleaning my teeth but it is great for breath so I use it on my tongue and brush my teeth with other toothpaste. I bought additional mouthwash at a local store as I'm not in need of the rest of the kit. I highly recommend it if you suffer from stinky tonsil stones or morning breath. Twice a day and your breath is significantly improved. We stopped using it for a week and noticed the difference right away. I chewed gum, ate mints, used mouthwashes and nothing worked. I figured I had nothing to lose trying TheraBreath. THIS STUFF WORKS!!! The most surprising thing is the nose drops. I never knew bad breath could come from your nasal passages. The first time I tried it I felt like I was drowning-too much. I used fewer drops, kept my head back and let it flow down to my throat and snorted. The tonsil stones that came out-eeewww!! But my breath was fresher and less stale and metallic. I use the toothpaste, mouthwash and nose drops daily. The mints and breath spray are an added bonus I rarely use now. It took about 1 week for it to really kick in and I felt confident enough to not use any breath mints or spray.
