I purchased it and a 3 cup chemex it didn't fit. Guess I need a bigger chemex ;) **Q: Is this really $60? Amazon sellers play such tricks these days.** A: I wouldn't make a blanket statement about ALL Amazon sellers, but Able's prices are a bit unreasonable. There are other filters for <30USD that not only have the laser cut mesh like the Kone, but an additional ultra-fine wire mesh that gets you pretty close to a paper filter experience, but with a bit more oil/body. Maybe the price is reflected in the fact that Kone is made in the USA? Either way, you have options. **Q: Does this fit the Hario V60 01?** A: Yes, it sits up a bit, but I use it every day! **Q: Is there sediment? I've used metal filters before and struggled. Cheaper options complain of this and I wonder if it's the reusable factor or quality.** A: Yes, there is sediment. It isn't a deterrent for me. I simply make a little bit more coffee than I would otherwise--like half an inch more--and then I don't have to worry about dregs. I don't know exactly why this works, but other people commented that if you grind the coffee quite a bit finer than you would otherwise, there is less of a sediment problem, and I have found that to be true as well. It seems counterintuitive. Anyway, it really is not an issue for me. As long as you make that extra half inch of coffee, you have plenty left to remain in the bottom of the pot, and it doesn't land in your cup! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice results *by J***Y on 5 January 2018* After done some considerable research I took a leap of faith and bought this innovative filter system to use with my Chemex. Delivered quick and on time. Being a fan of more 'body' type coffee than bright and fruity varieties I was inspired to give this a go as almost all reviews I have read and watched have agreed that this filter allows the taste of the oils of the bean through whereas paper filters tend to trap them and give a more 'cleaner' finish to the coffee, In my humble experience both results were achieved! I still love dark roasted coffee but I also really enjoyed the results this little gem can give when using a lighter bean. This Kone does allow the more subtle nuances of a fruity, citric or smoky texture through its filter which can otherwise be absorbed into a paper filter system.Its a pricey item but I am confident that I will be using this every day and therefore a justifiable purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent filter *by J***S on 15 January 2023* Excellent filter from a great brand.
