**Q: What is the temperature range for fruiting?**
A: In Ct. oyster mushrooms show up in the fall (September and October).

**Q: It's mid october, and the weather has been 40F to 60F, is it too late to plant these?**
A: I am not an expert - I don't think it is ever too late it may take longer for them to come up.

**Q: Ive got a log that's a year or two old and getting soft.  Can i use that one?**
A: If it's already getting soft, I'd use a different log. You'll get more mushrooms from it.

**Q: what kind of Oyster Mushroom is this? got any pictures?**
A: I don't know', nothing grown up
