Mixed on effectiveness, but a good effort in clean ingredients & application.
I can appreciate what this product is trying to do, as well as the transparency in ingredients and usage. It is easy to apply, and definitely gives a warming sensation. I can't say that I genuinely felt that it helped me sweat MORE than I typically do during heavy sessions where I sweat. It was worth the try, but at the price point I probably will not give it a second shot when I run out.

Pleasant smell, a bit greasy, easy to apply, will see how it works
This product sort of smells like coco butter. At least it reminds me of another product that claimed to be coco butter scented. In any event, the smell is very pleasant and reminds me of "summer".The product is very easy to apply. It says to "apply a handful". I don't know that I would need to use my hand except to rub it in. The stick style applicator works very well. It sort of works like a deodorant stick except that this product is a bit softer. The product is a bit greasy. I expect that's because there is oil and fats in the product. After you apply, you need to wash your hands with soap and warm water because you don't want this product in other places.I can feel the product warming the area of my skin where I applied it. It's just warm and not hot. I've used other products that were very hot... almost a burning sensation. This is much more subtle than that. If I wasn't "looking" for a sensation, I'm not sure I would have noticed the extra warmth. It's unclear if the extra warmth is cause by enhancing metabolism in the area, or if there is an ingredient that causes a warm sensation.I've read several reviews and articles that claim this product can help trim trouble areas. If this is truly enhancing metabolism in the application area, it would seem this could be affective. It seems to me that this product is activated by exercise. But the warm sensation continues long after the exercise activity of over. I wonder if there would be benefit in delaying my "after workout shower". Showering removes this product and eliminates the warmth.

Subtle heat, lots of moisturizing quality, looks to be quality ingredients. A bit expensive
This smells coconutty and natural. I have used other creams like this and found them to really burn. This just slightly warms. It also is very thick, oily, and moisturizing. If you like coconut oil based creams, you will like this. If not, you will hate it. LOLThe bottle is nice because you can smear it on like a deodorant stick. However, I find I still need to rub it in with my hand. Since I use a moisturizer ANYWAY on my stomach and thighs, I figure if it helps burn more fat...woo hoo double duty!! I like to moisturize as I lose weight for my skin health. My only real complaint would be that I feel it is a little bit expensive. So you know what you can pay and decide that on your own.NOTE - You may have seen the line above my review that says, ''Amazon Vine Customer Review of Free Product.'' So you may be thinking, ''Who cares what this person says because of course they will say nice things because they got something for free?!?'' I know because I used to feel the same way when I read reviews!Well, you may not have realized this, but vine reviewers are subject to having to pay taxes on these items. So, in a way, it's not really ''free.'' Also, we have no reason not to give full honest opinions. We don't get dropped out of the program for rating things too high or too low. Therefore, my goal is to review the products honestly and thoroughly. I hope that I did that for you today.

Warm, Not Wow
I really wanted this to work. The product sounded amazing, natural oils, fast-absorbing, lightweight, and promising to boost sweat and performance? Count me in. I gave it a full month of consistent use, hoping for that extra push during workouts. To be fair, I did feel some heat after applying it, which actually motivated me to get moving. That warming sensation made me think it was doing something, which is why I'm giving it two stars instead of one. But beyond that? I didn’t notice any real increase in sweat. It definitely didn’t make me sweat more than I usually do, which was disappointing given the price tag.I appreciate that it's vegan, cruelty-free, and easy to apply, no mess, no greasy residue. The stick format is super convenient, and it smells pretty nice too. But results-wise, it just didn’t live up to the hype for me.That said, everyone’s body is different. If you’re curious, it might be worth a shot, but personally, it didn’t deliver the results I was expecting.

Messy And Ineffective
The Hot Vita Sweat Now Gel looks similar to a very large stick of deodorant, but the gel is much softer and does not apply smoothly. A clear inner dome protects the top of the gel stick between uses and tends to stick to the gel.I rubbed some on my belly, put on a T-shirt, and worked out in the yard until I broke out in a heavy sweat. Quite honestly, I couldn't tell any difference between the treated and untreated areas. If anything, my chest, arms and face sweated more than my belly. The gel actually felt cool on my skin instead of hot.The gel has a great coconut scent that did not last once the gel was applied to my skin. It's not for use with good clothing since it sticks to fabric and left a waxy buildup on the inside of my shirt.
