**Q: Really?  $9.50 for a 12 pack PLUS $9.99 shipping?  So, that is $19.49 for 12 cans, or.$1.62 PER CAN!  Granted, I know some people can't get this where**
A: I get that it costs a lot to ship this, but to put this into perspective about how much you are being gouged on this:  in Michigan as of yesterday when I was there, the cost of a 12 pack of Vernors at Wal-Mart is $2.99 a 12 pack.   It's often on sale for even less.  You are getting fleeced here.

**Q: I was sent this as a gift and half of them came open in shipping. How do I get a replacement?**
A: If you bought it from Amazon, start there. Otherwise, get in touch with the company you bought it from. It is a frustrating, time-consuming problem and I can only sympathize, not help.

**Q: What is the difference between vernors soda and vernors ale**
A: Vernors Ginger Ale changed to Ginger Soda a few decades ago.  This change is purely cosmetic as nothing was changed in regards to the formula.  They probably don't want to be mistaken for an alcoholic "ale" beverage.

**Q: Is there any ginger in it?  The 20 oz bottles don't list any ginger at all.**
A: I do not see ginger on the list of ingredients on the cans.
