Just what I was looking for
I bought this to match a takeout version. It was GREAT! Slight hint of spice, a bit of sweetness. Used the whole jar with 4 chicken thighs cut up and some potato and onion (Watcheree's recipe). Had it over rice. It made 2 meals and a lunch for me. It would be the perfect amount for a dinner for 2. It is pricey, but it is about the same as I would pay for 2 take out meals. I like things saucy and this was perfect. Simmered covered so I could capture more moisture in the sauce.

I USED TO LOVE THIS SAUCE WHAT DID THEY DO TO IT DON'T LIKE IT ANYMORE WON'T BE BUYING IT
WHEN I USED THIS SAUCE LAST YEAR IT: 1) HAD SOME SOUL TO IT 2) WAY TO WATERY 3) THE FLAVOR JUST ISN'T THERE ANYMORE. SOMETHING HAS RADICALLY CHANGED --- YOU DON'T TASTE THE COCONUT IN IT OR THE CURRY AND IT'S JUST TO THIN.. THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO WAY THEY USED TO MAKE IT --- JUST PLAIN DISSAPOINTED AND THE PRICE ISN'T CHEAP EITHER -- JUST SAD MY FAVORITE SAUCE NOW SUCKS UNHAPPY.

Received Expired Jars - 2 times in a row
This sauce is VERY runny. I unfortunately received an expired jar so I reached out to Amazon and got a new one. It arrived today and was expired in August of last year - so 9 months old... So I am not willing to trust ordering again. I love the peanut sauce, so was very hopeful on this one.

I almost returned it.
I thought the product was ruined due to the condition of the packaging. It arrived upside down without bubble wrap sitting in the middle of a tic tac toe cardboard spacer. I calmly called the number on the jar and the nice lady assured me the sauce was naturally a watery and not ruined from being upside down in courier route. THIS IS informally DEVINE. I WILL reorder and try different sauces as well.

Excellent taste but you pay for it
The flavor of the Thai yellow curry sauce is excellent. Good equal parts sweet with spicy (fairly mild as far as Curry goes).The main downside is the price. It's hard to stomach the price of eating at a restaurant for just a jar of Curry sauce.I highly recommend the yellow curry sauce.

Delicious
Delicious!! I purchased the curry sauce to use in a new (new to me) sweet potato soup recipe. Family loved the soup; curry sauce worked well :-)Watcharee has the lowest salt content than I've been able to find; vegan a plus for dietary compatability.Edit update: We liked the curry sauce so much that I ordered three more jars.I'd also like to mention to the seller that I appreciate the protective boxing the product was shipped in :-)

Arrived damaged and unable to return
The item arrived bubble wrapped and leaking sauce. There was no seal, only a lid which was only loosely on. When I went to ask for a refund, I realized that there is NO REFUND policy for this item. I can't comment on the taste because I wasn't sure how long this product had been open at room temperature or if the absence of any seal at all meant that it had been tampered with. Be careful ordering, because it is an expensive sauce to just have to throw away.

Delicious!
I bought this looking for a curry PASTE and probably wouldn't have paid this amount for a one time use sauce. However, it was DELICIOUS! A touch sweeter than I expected but it was delicious, smooth and very easy to whip up a dinner. If you don't mind paying $12 for a small jar of sauce, then definitely try it!
