The only issue I ran into was that on receipt of the pole, the rivet holding the top threaded rod to the pole had come out. Through desertcart, I contacted customer service at Docapole, got an almost immediate response, and they quickly resolved the issue. The plastic angle piece broke the first time I used it for painting. This is the best pole I have ever found for holding up to serious use. **Q: Will this pole accept the Unger brush/squeegee?** A: Yes, if you purchase the Unger brush & squeegee combo attachment that is threaded. They also sell one that is only click snap, which is not currently compatible. **Q: What is the diameter of the screw end where the attachments go? (Want to know if I can use it with my current attachments. . .)** A: It's a standard ACME threaded tip and should be compatible with any standard threaded attachment. And it is almost perfect. The rake screws on fine but as soon as I hit a bump on the roof (ridge, gutter, etc) it twisted loose and spins like a top. So I had to take Gorilla Tape and wrap tape around the handle over the rake attachment. It works great. Just the right size for a metal roof and the rake is made of a heavy duty plastic that wont scratch the roof. The pole length is adjustable and very light weight. Finally was able to reach oak leafs etc stuck in corners an on the screened gutter. I took off a star, cause I should not have to Gorilla Tape the attachment to the pole to make it work.
