These are advertised as “... formed into little wafers to make it easier for measuring...”. I received a huge solid mound and several smaller chunks.The temperature is 41 degrees today. The product did not melt and solidify unless it happened many months ago during the summer in a warehouse environment that was above 94+ degrees. Product also says “Shelf life is guaranteed for three years.” There is no date anywhere on the package.

I would definitely recommend this product for anyone. I recently started the keto diet and use this in my coffee the wafers melt quickly and the taste is really smooth.

Another product that was necessary in an easier to scoop and melt version. So easy to use in my beauty products. Nice and not overpowering scent. I will purchase again.

Love using this in my hair and face, also tastes pretty good too.
