Run time as a night light is about two winter nights. on medium, for doing first aid, or weapons maintenance about four hours, high power is about half an hour or enough to ruin someones night vision. Made of titanium \, it's rugged. Extra batteries: I carry two AAA cells in my pocket EDC case. Using pocket clip from another 2AA light you can carry it almost anywhere.
