The unique Oxy-Lift action cleans deep in to the carpet pile and removes stubborn stains, its odour neutraliser combats pet and other smells while the Carpet Guard formulation keeps your carpets looking and feeling fresh. Vax Platinum is suitable for all Vax Carpet Washers and is Woolsafe approved. Directions Put Vax Pre-treatment Solution in the clean water tank. Plug in the wand and turn the machine on. The wand will produce a fine spray to put on the mark or stain. Leave this on your carpet for 15 minutes and then begin your full carpet wash. Safety Warning Keep out of reach of children and pets.

**Q: Will this remove blood from carpet**
A: I have used it for blood spotting but not big stains. Pre treating then using the solution as directed should do the trick😊

**Q: Can i use this with the spotwash spot cleaner?**
A: You can but, using the full functionality of your machine could be wasteful. Use the stair carpet cleaning tool then you will not be using to much power and solution which will save you money and time.

**Q: How does the dry only mode work**
A: Dry only mode on carpet washers means it will not put any water down but will pick up water only. It is ideal for spills or if you have put a lot of water down you can go over it in dry mode. Hope this helps.

**Q: Is this product anti foaming?**
A: All of our solutions now contain anti-foaming agents to prevent foaming during use. Please be sure to use the measurements outlined either on the bottle or in the user guide of your machine if it has an auto-mix feature.
