On the nose you get cooked Agave, vanilla, a hint of butter, grassy notes and very little alcohol (even before you let it breathe). On the mouth you can taste plenty agave, followed by butter, caramel, vanilla and a hint of oak. The texture is neither dry nor oily, just a nice balance of both. The finish has a nice peppery burn. This is good sipping tequila.
