I have been taking this for a week now and have not noticed any change to my appetite what so ever. I have tried taking at different intervals prior to eating as a test to see if that would help.However, no matter how early or close to eating that i take it, there is no difference.I was taking this product in hopes of helping curb my appetite somewhat. I have always been a big eater but I exercise regularly. I understand my body needs a lot of food by exercising more, but I am always hungry! I was hoping this would help combat some of those hunger strikes or even help me lower the amount of food my body craves.In case you are wondering I run about 9-12 miles a week and do 4-5 days of CrossFit. I eat a lot of eggs, tortillas, and red meat (1lb + in a dinner meal). So if you are hoping to drop a couple of pounds before summer while working out a ton, i would not recommend this product.

I actually think I sent the review for this product in the space for the "Hair and Nails" product. I ioke both of them but the hair and nails does seem to be helping my thing hair. sorry about the wrong box.

I order this product on a regular basis. Although I do not see any major weight loss, I have noticed other health benefits. My overall energy level has gone up and I feel rested in the morning.

It seemed to work pretty good for one mont, not much of an appetite supressant. I only used this for about one month, so maybe a little longer would have helped, not sure

It sure does help keep your blood sugar rate down. I am prediabetic and taking this when I get sweets or starches helps so much.

Never really helped dispel hunger cravings - no negative side effects.
