Love It - Strong Stuff!
I absolutely love Absinthe! I purchased this as a Christmas treat to myselfYou have to use very cold water to mix with Absinthe and use an Absinthe spoon that holds your sugar cubesPut the Absinthe into a glass and then put the spoon, containing the sugar cubes, on top and pour the cold water over the sugar cubes into the glass. The Absinthe turns milky when the cold water is added to itThis is 60% proof so you don’t want to drink too much of itEnjoy!

Loved it
Beautiful colour, very strong smell and flavour of liquorice, burns going down and gets you drunk fast, not recommended to be drank neat, best mixed with water or a soft drink and sugar to balance out the strong flavour.

Green fairy...
I bought this for a party. It’s fair to say it didn’t disappoint in terms of strength and effect. However, I think it’s novel appeal meant people had too much of it which results in copious amounts of sick by a few individuals inadverntanly making the night memorable due to this brightly green fluid. It’s not the exact stuff you get over in places like Prague where they melt sugar and mix this (that is delicious and lethal) however it makes a great attempt at recreating the flavour. I had one shot, enjoyed it, a second and a third and stopped there.I would recommend this for the taste and value.

Weirdly minty
I'm posting this review mostly to warn people that if you're expecting Anise flavour, look elsewhere. This stuff tastes more like mint to me...It's not horrible. I found that adding it to tonic water made a nice refreshing drink. But it tastes nothing like what I expect of Absinthe.
