Review: Great product, works well - Great product for lighting a charcoal fire and much less expensive than buying a similar product at a local store.
Review: Gamechanger .. no more wadded paper or lighter fluid. - Love these for our charcoal grill and ceramic smoker. They start easily with matches, lighter, or even an electronic torch and can be handled for several seconds before placing. I like to use an electronic torch so I can light them more easily, then place them into either a chimney starter or the grate on the ceramic smoke before adding charcoal. The work well, but care has to be taken to not put them out when adding charcoal until they are burning well. I was not impressed with the 'crumbs' that come off of these while in use. It seems they are very fragile and several in the box had been broken. It's not a big deal, I think the quality and price points still make these a worthwhile purchase. It's just a bit messy.

These work great!! I use 2 in my large wood stove to get the fire going in the morning and I don't need to use any paper or anything. Pile some good kindling on these things and they start a nice fire in minutes!
