Later, when I brewed the dark roasted Ethiopian beans it tasted smooth there was lots of crema, truly delicious. So far quite satisfied, already planning my next order!! Edit- I've roasted a batch of each variety now and they tasted distinguishable from one another. I appreciate the tasting notes and info about bean on packaging..... I like knowing the recommended roast and what flavors to expect, but I wish there was a full guide of flavors at each roast so I could choose. All in all, I've really enjoyed this sampler.
