The noodles separate reasonably well and don't arrive as one giant noodle brick, which is always a promising start.📅 After using it for a whileI've used them in stir-fries, noodle soups and a couple of questionable fridge-clearance meals. They're perfectly edible and do the job, but they're a bit plain on their own and the texture isn't quite as chewy and satisfying as some other udon noodles I've had.
