It’s important to stay hydrated while reducing carb intake so drastically, to help avoid constipation. I’ve been adding this to my water in the morning and in the evening to help me get to my water intake goals. The flavor is great (Rainbow Ice), though a bit on the sweet side, if you’re sensitive to that. However, in my case, for someone who has a sweet tooth that has given up most other sweet treats, this definitely keeps me chugging my water. I like it so much I’ve put it on subscription.
