I will be buying a second unit in the future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by C***R on 30 March 2021* A week after I purchased this, GVM released a bluetooth-enabled slider. I probably would have purchased that model if I'd known it was coming. But for the cost of this slider, it's a great buy, and I like how quiet and responsive it is. I do have some problems with the remote. It could have been simplified a little more. It frequently ignores the start location I've set, and it can be a frustrating and time-consuming to have to try set it over and over again. There have been a few times when I just gave up and manually started or stopped the slider myself. The other disappointment is their support. GVM is putting out some great equipment at competitive prices but their tech support needs a serious overhaul. I've written them a few times about lights I've purchased as well as this slider and it appears as though no one there speaks English very well. There were some missing instructions with this slider and I emailed GVM asking if they could possibly send or email me a copy of the flyer. It took four emails for them to finally understand what I was saying (and I could barely understand their responses), and then I never heard from them again or received the flyer. I really hope GVM stays in business and becomes more well-known, but they seriously need to hire support techs who are more familiar with the English language. I keep hoping they'll eventually come out with an affordable led blanket, I'd purchase it immediately. I recommend this slider, especially for its low price.
