A: I am 5'2 female 165 lbs but carry alot around my mid section.  I ordered an Xl and it fits but really snug I could have gone a size XXL. So unfortunately it doesn't matter your weight it depends on visceral / belly fat.  If you have alot of it I think xl would be good for you. Hope this helps
