The AT-LP70X fully automatic belt drive turntable is designed for budding vinylphiles, those who love the engaged, real experience of listening records, from flipping albums in the record store, to placing a record on the turntable, pointing the arm and sitting with album art in hand to enjoy warm, analog music just like the artist intended. Arguably the most important component for generating hi-fi audio from vinyl is a quality phono cartridge. Audio-Technica has been a leader in phono cartridge design for over 60 years, and we've taken advantage of that expertise to create a versatile, high-performance cartridge for this turntable, performance that other turntables in this class simply can't match. Integrated into the J-shaped arm, the AT-VM95C cartridge with 0.6 tapered pencil delivers excellent channel separation and low distortion for exceptional tonal quality. And the stylus can also be easily upgraded with any of the other styli (elliptical, microlinear, or Shibata) from our VM95 series, offering customization that is normally only possible on a turntable with a detachable housing and cartridge. The easy-to-use AT-LP70X plays 33-1/3 and 45 RPM records and, with its built-in switchable phono preamp, can be connected directly to a home stereo, powered speakers, computer, and other components, whether they have a dedicated phono input or not. The three-piece anti-resonance chassis provides a solid foundation that dampens unwanted noise for improved sound quality. Noise is further reduced by the inclusion of an AC adapter that moves the AC/DC conversion out of the chassis to limit its impact on the signal chain.

The arm was amazing, very smooth when hitting the start button. Great sound from the needle. It looks amazing, I got the copper/black option. Would highly recommend!
Review: Amazing player that’s easy to upgrade. - Amazing out of the box performance even with the Blue VM95 Stylus. I will be upgrading to Red ML Stylus eventually, but the sound is great for now. With the option to swap stylus’ with any of the VM95 series in minutes is an amazing feature. The table spins at a steady speed, and the auto play/stop feature is smooth. This has a built in phono preamp, but I had the tube preamp laying around and I like the warmer tube sound, tried the built in and it sounded fantastic as well. Would purchase again, recommend this if you’re on the fence.

Very easy set up, and loved every feature on this player. I have both 7” and 12” records, so the option to change the autoplay, was such a good feature. The arm was amazing, very smooth when hitting the start button. Great sound from the needle. It looks amazing, I got the copper/black option. Would highly recommend!

Llegó bien empaquetado y una maravilla de tocadisco los materiales de calidad vaya vale cada peso ya que empecé a comprar vinilos y WOW que diferencia de audio, claro debes de invertirle unas buenas bocinas en mi caso uso unas klipsch que vaya le sacan el jugo a las pistas, lo que si te recomiendo es que no estén en el mismo estante o mueble donde tienes las bocinas o el Woofer por qué las vibraciónes hacen que salte la aguja, aprovecha cuando esté de descuento vale la pena.
