The multilayered film sleeve on the inside is covered with Biomaster and prevents 99 percent of germs. Odours are also kept in and won’t spread into the home. My mum has been very poorly so I bought her a sangenic as she then does not have to empty toilet bin every day. She loves it. Received new refills, I thought they were fake as they came black. Mum says they fit well. If she is happy so am I.
