I keep one jar of this at my bedside with a box of qtips. Every night, I take a couple minutes to use a q-tip to slather on a healthy amount to all of my toe nails, making sure to pack it up under, etc. It takes time... month or more, depending on your health and nail growth rate,... but it works! Something in this stuff makes fungus very unhappy and/or dead. Then, your nails will grow the bad sections out to eventually be trimmed away. I believe there is glycerin or something that also helps to soften the nails. That allows it to penetrate much better, after a few nights. If your nails are so damaged that they crack and split when cutting, keep pushing this stuff into all the fissures, every night.I do nothing else special to fight the toenail fungus. Only this.
