Lamberts FEMA 45+ - 180 Tablets. This multivitamin is designed as a complete multivitamin for women for use during and after the menopause. As well as the correct levels of the common daily vitamins and minerals (e. g. Vitamin C, A, etc), it also contains high levels of nutrients that are particularly menopause-specific. These include calcium and magnesium to help guard against bone loss, extra vitamins D and K (again, for bone health), rutin which may help to improve circulation, and quercetin.
