I purchased this hand massager for my 90 year young mom since myself, and several other family members found it very beneficial for many issues we were all having. It's a GREAT machine!! Unfortunately, her machine has some mechanical issues and it needs to be replaced. My mom does not have access to my Amazon account (wouldn't know how to navigate it) so she could print a return receipt. She also lives in a very rural senior community and only has access to a couple shipping options that are nearby. We live in different states. I was in a dilemma about getting this hand massager replaced for my mom. I contacted the product's support team and explained our situation. They were very helpful in helping my mom switch this out. They will be sending her a new machine with a pre-paid return label so my mom can box up the one that's not working and send it back. I am so very grateful to Medcursor customer support!!! As far as the machine... it's fantastic. My daughter is disabled and right hand was injured in an auto accident 29 years ago. This machine is godsent to her. She gets so much relief from not only from the massaging but the heat is also very helpful. This hand massager is her new best friend!!! We have 2!!! Thank you Medcursor for great machine and going the extra mile to help my mom with her order!!

Great product! Very helpful to helping my hands feel better. I become very relaxed while using this machine. I especially like that my thumb fits inside the michine as my thumb has a lot of pain. So many other hand massagers exclude the thumb. That is one of the main reasons why I chose this machine. Holds a charge through many treatments. I use on low settings as the higher setting are to strong on my hand. Highly recommend!

LOVE IT Hand Massager. Highly Highly recommend it . Had a sticky finger would lock at a point and used it 3 times on the first day . Next day no more sticky finger and numbness is less already . Best buy I've done in a while .Awesome product ...

At first looks promising, but as you use it, you can't control the pressure even though it has different levels, they all feels the same! The heating did not work and after using it for 2 days now the other control do not work, and hand hurts..

Use this every day for my painful hands (arthritis and neuropathy). Love the different settings and purring sound. Especially love the heat. Note the heat only works if not plugged in. My cat likes it too. It's so relaxing.

The battery needs to be recharged every day. It only works approximately 30-40 minutes

This gave great relief to tired hands! Highly recommend. Better than my old one which had the fingertips exposed.
