I asked them to please find an alternate shipping method because I coudn't afford to pay TWICE for the shipping for something that was THEIR fault (shipping alone was nearly the cost of the product and it was already going to cost me another 2-3 weeks to get it). They stopped responding. Earlier this week, the screen completely died, and I’m left without a working laptop—which I depend on for work. This isn’t an isolated case—apparently, many reviewers report similar failures. The company’s polite but ultimately ineffective support and lack of accountability left me covering the cost and logistics AGAIN for THEIR defective product. So far so good! Find a good YouTube video and go slowly. The screen is very vibrant and I dont notice any differences from OEM. The included tool kit is a must.
