Well, out of the box it was dented and scratched on the base (pic attached). The 90-degree locked position wobbles. So I asked to return it, and Amazon wants me to pay about $100 in shipping. I contacted Colamy, because they were listed as the sellers on Amazon, and I was told I could receive a $30 refund or I could purchase another base. The chair is damaged! Why is the cost of this on me? In this instance, both Amazon and Colamy failed. Terrible customer service. I would have happily exchanged the chair, but now I don't think I can count on any kind of support if needed. UPDATE: I chatted with a real person online, and after explaining the situation and stating that I didn't think the return shipping was my responsibility, was given a full refund and told to "keep, dispose of or sell" the chair. So, well done Amazon! Above and beyond. Made it better than right.
