Both are good quality and i was very pleased with them. its the accessories that take away from the rating... namely the screws. First one of the four included was deformed in the head; unable to put a screwdriver in the slot. I tried to fix it but no luck. All of the three left stripped long before i got them screwed in properly, and i predrilled the holes! I should have used my own, but i didnt and now have to remove them with pliers or cut them out completely. Too bad because the bracket and pole are decent quality.
