Big help for my toe-walker
My elementary age son still reverts to toe-walking whenever he’s sans shoes, so I needed some extra help to curb that whenever possible as part of his PT. This has made a tremendous difference. Would recommend.

Ruined my son's shoes and didn't even work
Didn't do what they claim they do and because they are hard metal, they put holes in the soles of his brand new Nike. Would not recommend.

A bit disappointed
Definitely size down - I ordered the size my son wears in shoes and it does not fit into his shoe (since it can't be manipulated). I almost think I would need to size down 2 sizes or get my child specialty shoes to fit them.Luckily, I had some slippers he could try them it and it did stop him from toe walking! He wasn't very comfortable in them though, because his foot was on top of it (they are supposed to go under the sole, which we couldn't do). Overall, I think they are durable, but we can't use them since they won't go in a shoe.

These seem to work, flat carbon with no cushion
These go on the bottom of your sneaks inside, if you can take out your insert then place the cushion sneaker insert back in. This product doesn’t bend, is flat and has no cushion. It seems to help with the alignment of my child’s foot and prevents an overly toe walking situation. It says to break in the wearing experience with wearing for a few hours and then add more but my child hasn’t complained or even noticed these inserts being added.
