Try changing the image quality to Standard Definition or place the camera closer to the Wifi router. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best of all the wifi cameras that we have used *by R***R on March 22, 2025* Great Camera, because it has two cameras in one there is no need to have it tracking continuously. I watch mom in her room as she has Alzheimer, the app alerts us is she is trying to get up from her bed at night or from her chair while watching TV. I keep the fix lens pointing to her bed, the other camera pointing to the table where she eats, I adjusted both cameras so when the screen showing of the fix ends the other one starts, so I have full room coverage. I took of tracking because the camera gets confused with the TV image and starts moving everywhere thinking it bis a subject to track. Nevertheless, I can save favorite locations for the camera and with a touch the camera rotates where I want quick. Connection to my wifi is super-fast. The favorite locations I check once a week because somehow once in a while it points to the save location but sometimes the exact location moves a bit to one side of the other so I just move the camera controls until it reaches what I want and update the favorite, no big deal, I check once a week to make sure still the same. I also subscribed (not expensive, like $3 a month) to one of the cloud plans, it is worth it as the sd card only saves a portion of the movement unless you set it to 24 hrs recording. The cloud storage helps me determine the times she gets up at night and walks in her room if I am sleeping, that way I know if she had a good sleep or not, that way I can put her to bed early or later on. She had a fall once and the camera alert us of the movement, we looked at the video saved in the cloud and ran to her room to help her get up, thanks God it was just a few scratches, and we can see in the video saved that she did not hit her head and how the fall was. The camera is a life saver. I have to in her room, two different brands in case one fails we have the other running but out of both this one is much better and faster connection. The router is in our Livingroom, 25 feet away, even with her door close there is no connection issues. It has a two-way radio, a light that you can turn on and off from the phone app, alerts to your phone no matter if you are home or not and an alarm if you want it to sound when it detects movement, we have one set up also at the entrance door of the apartment, if anyone exits or enters the loud alarm goes off. Night vision is great, but you have to set it on the app, if you don't default is color and the light will turn on if movement, I turn the light off and set it to black and white, meaning day time is in color and night time uses infrared lights and shows a clear image in black and white even if it is pitch black. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good *by M***O on September 15, 2025* This product is pretty good. The image quality is amazing during the day and at night. Not very hard to configure, you can download and install in different devices to see the cam. You can listen but when you talk it is not that clear the voice. The view range is a little cut in short places as you can see in the pictures. There's a blue and red light on the top of the camera that never works (too bad) I use it in my garage and I can rotate it and see. ### ⭐ Do your homework. *by S***R on May 26, 2025* There is no support after the sale. I have not been able to link up the cameras to the app at all, I have tried to get support which by the way is not based in the states and neither is it live support. I have received no responses and the app does not provide live support. It is sad that when you purchase something based on the features you wanted and then get the item and cant use it because of inferior app support or just poor customer service platform.
