I whipped a pint of double cream in the Kenwood , added 1 table spoon castor sugar, 2 tablespoons Tia Maria ( booze keeps the ice cream from being too hard) and 3 table spoons of this mix. Fold in with mixer at slowest speed put in lined bread tin, freeze! Serve with rich boozy choc sauce and hazelnut bits. You should be like Pavlov’s dogs by now.
