The machine seems quite sturdy and heavy once put together. The only thing that seems to have any flex is the table bed, and that's with a sacrificial board screwed onto it. I always use fairly reserved settings and everything was initially good but after a while the bit would falter and go off at a tangent, ruining my work. I bought a new set of drive belts from this site and it's much improved. I also bought the dust shoe which does a great job hooked up to my vacuum cleaner - although it's less effective when used with the longer bits I need for cutting out my clock bodies. All in all I would definitely recommend as a good quality mid range machine.
