Excellent quality and value for money and functionality wise, plenty of options for any possible configuration. Plants are booming and look very healthy and it's made watering them so easy even when I'm at home - I just simply top up the reservoir which is just a large bucket.

A: Regarding the installation of the anti-siphon accessory, please note that it needs to be installed at the outlet. It's important that the accessory is positioned above the water level during actual use to prevent leakage and over-irrigation.

**Q: Humidity electrodes not working, what should I do?**
A: Check whether probe can work: 1.Place probe into water under humidity mode; 2. Set current time and first watering time(1 min later is advised); 3. Wait for 1 min, device starts working, check if there is "WET" on screen. If not, probe is faulty.

**Q: What should I do if the watering system stops working suddenly?**
A: Check if the device is out of battery and charge it. If the device does not charge using the included power cable, try using a different Type-C cable. If the issue persists, please contact Beday customer support

**Q: What should I do if some plants need more water while some need less water, while they are watered at the same time**
A: You can choose to insert more watering spikes in this plant, so that this plant can get more water at one time of watering. If there are many plants that need less watering and many plants that need more watering, get 2 sets is advised.

**Q: The battery indicator stays the same and doesn’t move while charging. What should I do if it won’t charge?**
A: This issue is caused by a charging protocol problem, which has now been resolved. If you are facing this issue, maybe you have got an older version. The apple adapter and C-C cable can't work, you can try a different adapter and USB-C cable.
