It matters because you don't feel claustrophobic while sleeping inside it.- Easier to get in and out due to better height of the product.- In case a mosquito happens to sneak in , the height and shape of the net makes it easy to kill the bugger.- Zippers are of good quality and seems durable.- The net around zipper gives it a nice elegant look.- There are 2 ribbons around zipper that allow to roll up the net. Another small but useful feature.Cons:- Folding it back to original size (for traveling) takes some practice.I purchased this after using ROYAL Speciality Products Double bed Fold-able Mosquito Net for a few months - Couple of holes and the zipper broke on both sides with regular everyday use over last year.
