The first that they sent was defective which was a shame, but they fortunately they do replace the item if it is damaged. The one in the picture is the replaced basket. It is now May 2019. The basket does not last at all. I am only 1 person who doesn't have much clothes and does laundry every 5 days, so the loads don't even get the basket full. The base of the basket is made out of cardboard or something similar because it honestly doesnt support much, throughout time itll start to bend. The stitching is poor, causing the rods to go through the material. I followed the procedure that they send to set it up, but it still ended up as it looks in the pictures. Also the handle broke which was a shame as well. This basket only lasted 3 months. Dont waste your money and time with this product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Need to iron to look better *by D***' on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2018* Very east to set up, I did not even need to read the instructions. But you should because it clearly says there that the product would look better if you iron the hamper. In the picture I did not iron the hamper well enough because I was scared to burn or damage the product, I just did it in low setting. The size is just right for me, the wheels is a big help for transporting the hamper from the bathroom to the laundry room.
