Rustic MAKA Natural Deodorant, Takes Two To Mango (Mango + Lime), Free of Aluminum, Baking Soda & Parabens, Activated Charcoal + Magnesium, Continuous Odor Control

After trying several natural deodorants, I'm pleased to say I finally found one that works well. No odor, no irritation, no problem! This scent is also my favorite thus far. Mango Lime smells fresh and a bit like fruit candy...not an overpowering scent though. I believe the charcoal/magnesium blend really provides long-lasting odor control. I haven't tried this with a heavy workout yet, but it worked well on a summer day of walking and running errands. Honestly though, if I would ever need to reapply once during the day, I wouldn't find it problematic because it still smells nice and doesn't feel greasy. Plus, it's a relief to use a deodorant that doesn't contain harmful ingredients or possible irritants. Rustic MAKA also offers other scents in their baking soda free deodorants. I'll be trying those soon.

The product works well at masking odor and controlling sweat. It has a nice scent that isn't overwhelming and doesn't radiate off your body. it doesn't take much to provide coverage, so one tube lasts about 6 months. While it is pricey compared to typical deoderant, it breaks down to about $3 a month.

Yes, I'm yet one more long-time non-toxic product user who has forever been on the hunt for a deodorant that works. And doesn't rely on baking soda, which can cause a rash.Deodorant being such a personal preference kind of thing, what works for me may not work for you. But having tried most versions (under the $22 price point) and made a few of my own in the kitchen, I know how tough it is to find that magic combo of temperature stable oils, odor reducing elements and non-offensive scents. And Rustic MAKA really seems to have hit on the right version. My only wish would be for an even more "neutral scent" or unscented version in the activated charcoal blend. I'd willingly be a tester if they did! :-)Haven't used it in the hottest summer months yet but so far, its such an excellent product. And for anyone griping about it being "dry" –– just hold it against your skin for 15 seconds before swiping, that's all the body heat you need to make it pliant to apply.

I absolutely loved the scent of this deodorant!! It is definitely on the sweet side, almost like candy. Without a doubt the best smelling natural deodorant I've tried so far (out of probably 10). I wish I could give it a better review otherwise though.Mine was *very* soft and thick, almost like body butter, and so I would often use too much force, out of habit, and it would squish too much ALL over my armpit. This was made worse by the fact that it is a gray color, making it look like I had very pigmented underarms. I ended up having to sort of pat/splotch it on. I tried putting it in the fridge to firm up but then I couldn't even get the top open. I would've been willing to endure all that, except for me this only kept body odor at bay for half a day, or less with lots of physical activity.I really wanted to like this one but it just didn't work out for me. I'll have to keep trekking in my quest for an effective natural deodorant.

Smells good, but stains clothes. Works ok, on par with other aluminum free deodorants.

This is the best natural deodorant I’ve tried. The scent is lighter than some of their others and doesn’t bother me at all. It works great. My husband, daughter, and I all use it with great success. No stinky pits days after using, no rashes.

Ive been using this brand exclusively since I was first pregnant 3 years ago. I live in a hot climate and never smell like BO using this!! Even theough gym workouts I never had smelly underarms. I think when you convert to natural deoderant your body detoxes and doesnt smell anymore? I love this scent and the fact that I never worry about smelling anymore!!

I am 5 month postpartum, my natural go to (native, Schmitts, lume) just aren’t cutting it. I was pleasantly surprised at how this stuffed controlled odor! Mind you, this controls the smell not the sweat. Not one bit of smell. The scent of mangoes is very pleasant and delicious however, I’d prefer not to smell it in my pits. Will def buy again, maybe different scent.
