A: Hi, spare batteries are available through Amazon, code EX136BP

**Q: How is long term ownership of the strimmer regarding build quality and battery life?**
A: I have been very impressed with the strimmer. It is sturdy but lightweight enough to handle easily and the battery lasts long enough for me to strim the edges of a medium sized lawn and all three paths of an allotment without any problems.

**Q: How long does the battey last from a full charge?**
A: I don’t know regarding time, but we usually get about 6 cuts of our back lawn which is medium size before need to charge. It’s a lot more than we expected.

**Q: Where can i buy new cord & spool for ex36cgt**
A: Buy the cord from B & Q. I went onto a site in Canada to get spares so check there.

Easy to assemble, battery life is not too bad although it depends on the length of grass. If very long grass (9” or longer) then you get approx 30 minute runtime. Shorter grass will get you approx 45 minute runtime. The strimmer wire auto feed works very well.
