I wanted it to carry our bikes including an Ebike fat bike which the review said it was suitable for. When it arrived fitting it to the tow bar was a doddle. However the fat bike would not fit due to the retaining straps being too short. I contacted the vendor and the next day a set of longer straps was delivered free of charge. I have now used this rack for an extended trip across Europe. It is very solid, very secure, easy to use and of course everything is lockable.
