They are sturdy and can be easily washedPerhaps most importantly, they fit comfortably and are soft to the skin. Given that they are made from cotton, it breathes very well. Although the listing description is a bit duplicitous, claims the shorts are 100% cotton but then also states they consist of a a 95% cotton and 5% polyester mix. Either way 95% is sufficient for me.The two pockets are good and deep which is important as I have other shorts with shallow pockets that make my iPhone fall out al the time, which has caused damage already.These shorts have a fairly smart appearance and make me a little more presentable both in my garden and during WFH. However I mostly use them as to sleep in. For that purpose I would have proffered them to be slightly thinner, but can’t complain as its a good type of shorts.
