At first I hated it because it came encased with a really stretchy fabric and the pillowcase wasn’t any better. So it was a big sloppy pile of nothing. But once I put on a well made cotton fabric pillowcase that I bought on Etsy ($25) my opinion totally changed. I mean you are buying this pillow for the support it provides so why put it in a stretchy flimsy fabric that doesn’t hold its shape? Stupid!! So now I love it as long as it is in one of my wonderful pillowcases. I am a serious side sleeper with very sensitive ears. The ear hole is small which works for be but if you have big ears you can try to get a tailor to make you a case with a bigger ear hole. I don’t love the “ear hole” in the pillow, but I have small ears and a short neck, so it doesn’t fit me exactly.
