Review: BEST COLD POD OUT THERE! - This has got to be the most spacious and easiest to assemble cold pod. It took me a total of 5 minutes to set it up. It comes with so many things that you have to pay extra for with other companies such as: extended drainage hose, cover, 3 large bags to freeze into big blocks of ice, super easy instructions. I’m very impressed. And ONLY $100. It keeps the water cold so you don’t have to refill all the time and I like to throw in the ice blocks 5-10 mins before I go in to really make it cold. The material of the pod is super durable would not go with any other brand. When I have a bigger space I’m definitely getting their recovery barrel!
Review: Won't Last - Purchased this product in July 2024 and it is now broken. Multiple air leaks, which I was able to fix, but now the unit is leaking water at the bottom input valve. Reached out to their customer support, and received no support, only a "sorry you are experiencing this." No solutions no options. Terrible.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Your Muscles' New Best Friend
*by D***E on 22 July 2024*

Attention all weekend warriors, marathon maniacs, and HIIT heroes! Are your muscles screaming louder than a coach with a megaphone? Say hello to the SOLSTICE COLD POD Plunge Ice Bath Tub, the at-home recovery tool that'll have you feeling less like a human pretzel and more like a well-oiled machine. -Quick Setup: Faster Than Your Sprint Intervals- First things first: assembly. This bad boy goes from box to bath in about 5 minutes flat. That's quicker than lacing up your running shoes or explaining to your non-athlete friends why you voluntarily torture yourself. With an included pump to inflate the top rim, you'll be ready to fill this 84.5-gallon muscle-soothing sanctuary before you can say "delayed onset muscle soreness." -More Extras Than Your Gym Bag- The COLD POD comes fully loaded with accessories that would make any gear junkie jealous. You get an extended drainage hose (perfect for creating a slip 'n slide after your plunge), a cover (to keep out leaves, not excuses), and three large ice bags (ice, ice, baby!). The instructions are so clear, you could probably follow them mid-runner's high. -Built Tougher Than Your Quads- Constructed from high-quality, durable materials, this tub can take a beating almost as well as you can. It's spacious too, giving you plenty of room to practice your post-victory dance moves while you soak. -Chill Factor: Not Quite Polar, But Close Enough- Now, let's talk temperature. While it won't keep your water Arctic-cold indefinitely, it does a decent job for a few hours. You'll need to add ice daily before your plunge, but hey, consider it part of your warm-up routine. It's like meal prep, but for your recovery. -Portability: From Track to Backyard- Planning to take this to your next marathon? Unless you're also hauling a water tanker, stick to using it at home. But for shuttling between your house and a nearby training camp? It's more portable than your collection of participation medals. -Recovery on a Budget- For the price, this tub offers more recovery benefits than that overpriced protein shake you're sipping. It's perfect for athletes looking to dip their toes (and sore calves, quads, and glutes) into the world of cold therapy without breaking the bank. -The Finish Line- In conclusion, the SOLSTICE COLD POD is like that training partner who pushes you to be better - sometimes uncomfortable, but always worth it. It's well-made, easy to use, and comes with everything you need to start your cold plunge journey. Is it perfect? Not quite. Will it instantly transform you into an elite athlete? Also no (sorry to burst your ice bubble). But for those looking to step up their recovery game without splurging on a permanent, built-in ice bath, it's a solid choice. Remember, what doesn't freeze your muscles makes them recover faster! So go ahead, take the plunge, and show your post-workout soreness who's boss. Your muscles will thank you... eventually.
