I've fitted it, not altered the height, and it seems fine.** A: It affects the over flow level ie how high the water level is in the cistern .untill it overflows in to the bowl **Q: My cistern is a dual flush jobbie with 2 buttons. Will this syphon do 'the job', or do I need another type of syphon?** A: I don't think so, as the design relies on two different operation of a single flush handle.
