It's relatively light weight for it's size so I don't mind packing it on trips and it's sturdy enough I'm not too worried about it. Overall the image quality is really good. I know there's better but this is remarkably clear at the price point. The brightness is exceptional at mid-day or in sunlight, at dusk it can dim out a little, but the clarity is still there so it works.
