A: You can purchase thermal paper available on the market for replacement that meets the following specifications: a roll diameter of 5 cm or less, and a width of 57 or 58 mm. However, we recommend purchasing original refill rolls.

**Q: Why does the printer keep printing "000"? Why did the date and time suddenly stop updating automatically?**
A: The built-in battery that stores the last printed number and time may have run out. Replace the battery can fix this problem.

**Q: Is this machine limited to printing only one queue number ticket each time the button is pressed?**
A: Yes, by default, only one ticket is printed per button press. If you need to print multiple tickets at once, use the software to modify the "print times" to a different value. For example, set it to 2, and two same copies will be printed each time..

Good customer service, and the machine works well, but people can't seem to grasp the concept of how to tear the receipt paper correctly. So plan on having to fix and reset the paper often. The take a number wheel is a much safer buy.
