A: 1. Download the latest "labelife" app from the App Store and enable Bluetooth pairing for printing 2. Restart the printer and the Labelife software 3. check if there are any other devices connected to the printer 4. Try connecting with another phone.

**Q: Red light on the printer**
A: 1. Please download the Labelife software on your phone or computer. 2. Connect the software to the printer and follow the steps below to send us a screenshot of the firmware version and SN number

**Q: Print offset or incomplete**
A: 1.Check if the newly created label size is the same as the actual label size being used. 2.To print a self-test page, when the printer is on and the blue light is steady, press and hold the feed button until the blue light flashes once, then release.

A: 1. Please provide a photo of your print for analysis. 2. Check the print head and roller for dust that may cause blurriness. 3. Use a 70% alcohol cloth to clean the print head and roller, and wait 10 minutes before printing again.
